2. IRO-100 infrared spectrophotometer technical principle:
According to the HJ637-2018 standard, the oil substances in the water are extracted with tetrachloroethylene, the total extract is determined, and then the extract is adsorbed with magnesium silicate, and after removing polar substances such as animal and plant oil, the petroleum is determined. The total extract and petroleum contents were calculated by the absorbance A2930, A2960 and A3030 at the bands of 2930cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bonds in CH2 groups), 2960cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bonds in CH3 groups) and 3030cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bonds in aromatic rings), respectively It's OK. The content of animal and vegetable oils is calculated as the difference between the total extract and the petroleum content.
