Software functions
1. Content measurement of CE, C and Si
(1) The active CE, C and Si contents of 10 target materials can be measured, and the liquid iron (HT) can be calculated;
(2) Active CE carbon equivalent measurement range: 2.20 -- 4.80%;
(3) Measuring range of active C content: 2.00 -- 4.20%;
(4) Measuring range of active Si content: 0.20 -- 4.50%;
(5) Active CE, C% and Si% values can be set in (-0.99 -- +0.99).
2. Adjustment calculation of liquid iron
According to the target component range, the weight of liquid iron, the recovery rate of added carbon, the recovery rate of added silicon and the measurement results, calculate the amount of added carbon agent, ferrosilicon or scrap to hit the target component.
3. Measurement of spheroidization rate
The spheroidization rate of molten iron can be calculated on the premise of sufficient active Mg content by measuring the eutectic and undercooling degree of molten iron.
4. Composition management of liquid iron
Set the content range of carbon equivalent, carbon content and silicon content according to the product brand. The instrument will display the content in different colors. If unqualified, the content will be displayed in red, and if qualified, it will be displayed in green.
