Introduction
The B1171 fully automatic infrared oil analyzer complies with the national standard "HJ637 2018 Water Quality Determination of Petroleum and Animal and Plant Oils Infrared Spectrophotometry". It is composed of a fully automatic operation software, an infrared spectrophotometric system, and a magnetic stirring extraction system. Using an extraction solvent in a certain extraction ratio, the cylindrical three dimensional stirring technology is employed to extract the oil from the water body. Then, the extracted solution is filtered through a filtration device to remove water and impurities and is introduced into the colorimetric dish. Subsequently, the infrared spectrophotometric system conducts analysis and measurement. The added magnesium silicate filtration device can measure the content of petroleum and animal and plant oils. After the measurement, the instrument automatically disposes of waste and cleans the pipeline.
