Overview:
The instrument adopts three-point bending loading method to measure the elastic modulus of graphite, ceramics and other non-metallic materials, which is composed of hydraulic loading system, deformation measuring system, pressure measuring system and computer measurement and control system. Deformation measuring system adopts high precision displacement sensor to measure micro-strain. Pressure measuring system adopts high precision pressure sensor and digital pressure gauge measurement; The three measurement and control systems are controlled by computer to realize automatic testing, data processing, and print out test reports.
The instrument meets GB/ 10700-2006 "Test method for elastic modulus of fine ceramics - bending method", YS/T63.13-2006 "Test method for aluminum carbon materials, Part 13 Static measurement method for determination of Young's Modulus", GB/ T23266-2009 "Ceramic plate elastic Limit Test", It is suitable for the determination of static elastic modulus of engineering ceramics, fine ceramics and aluminum carbon materials at room temperature.
