Introduction

Automatic headspace sampler is a new generation of automatic headspace sampler with full automatic design, touch screen display, beautiful appearance and convenient operation.

Features and main functions

1. Can automatically run 20 samples without personnel on duty;

2. Startup self-test, fault alarm and prompt, using independent technology to automatically locate and calibrate the sample plate, to prevent the dislocation caused by the bottle;

3 computer program control, the main functions are:

(1) Method parameter setting, real-time animation display working state and running time;

(2) Sample area, sampling valve and sample transmission pipe, three separate heating control;

(3) Set the analysis program and press the Run key to automatically complete all sample analysis;

(4) It has a variety of expansion functions: dynamic headspace, purge and trap, low temperature cold trap;

(5) Start GC, chromatographic data processing workstation synchronously, also use external program to start the device;

4. Equipped with external loading gas regulating system, it can carry out headspace sampling analysis without any modification or change of GC instrument. The original instrument carrier gas can also be selected;

5. Through time programming, it can automatically realize pressure, sampling, sampling, analysis and back-blowing cleaning after analysis.

6. Using pressure balanced injection technology, headspace injection peak has narrow shape and good repeatability;

7. The sample transfer tube and sampling valve have automatic backblowing function to avoid cross contamination of different samples;

8. In order to support the use of imported gas chromatograph more convenient, the instrument is also equipped with a special interface for various imported instruments, easy connection;

9. For the analysis of active substances, elastic quartz tube can be selected as the sample transfer tube;

10. The injection quantity can be adjusted at any time according to the concentration of the sample to be analyzed by the customer;

11. The needle is easy to change and can be connected to all types of GC injection ports at home and abroad.
