ED0508C SF6 comprehensive gas tester is set dew point (micro water) tester, purity analyzer, gas decomposition product tester in one, the original to use three instruments to achieve the function, concentrated in one instrument.One on-site measurement can complete the detection of three indicators, greatly saving the gas in the equipment, a measurement saves 2/3 of the gas consumption, while reducing the user's workload, improve the work efficiency.

3. measurement

1. Connect the SF6 device

Connect the thread end of the measuring pipe with the switch connector, tighten it with a wrench, and close the needle valve on the other end of the measuring pipe;

Then the quick connector on the test pipe is inserted into the sampling port on the comprehensive tester;Connect the exhaust pipe to the air outlet;

Finally, connect the switch connector with the measurement interface of SF6 electrical equipment, and tighten it with a wrench.

2. Initialize

Turn on the power switch of the instrument, and the instrument enters the initial self-calibration process.
3, check the power

Alternating current is preferred for this instrument.

When using DIRECT current, please check the battery level displayed in the upper right corner. If the battery level is lower than about 20%, please shut down and charge and continue to use.

4. Start measuring

After completing the initial self-calibration, the instrument automatically enters the measurement state (press the "left" and "right" keys to switch between the main measurement page and the dew point measurement page). At this time, open the flow valve on the front panel of the comprehensive tester, and then adjust the needle valve on the measurement pipe.

The first measurement (SF6 moisture) takes 5 ~ 10 minutes, and each subsequent measurement takes 3 ~ 5 minutes.

When the SF6 dew point is measured separately, the flow rate is adjusted to about 0.5L/min.

When measuring purity, H2S, SO2, CO and HF contents, the flow rate should be adjusted to about 0.3L/min.

5. Store data

After measuring the equipment, you can save the data in the instrument and press "OK" to call up the operation menu. See the following section for specific operation methods.

6, after the measurement, close the needle valve on the measuring pipe and the regulating valve on the comprehensive tester.

Remove the adapter from the SF6 electrical equipment.If you need to continue measuring other equipment, please do not turn off the power of the instrument and follow the steps above for the next measurement.

7. After the measurement, turn off the power of the comprehensive tester.

4. Menu operation

In the measurement state, enter the function menu through the Enter key, as shown in Figure 1.

Use

1. Save the data

In the measurement state, press OK to enter the function menu. Press Up and Down to select Save Record. Press OK to enter the page for saving data.

The device number can contain a maximum of five digits. You can press the Up and Down keys to increase the value, and press the Left and right keys to adjust the data bits.

After entering the number, press "OK" to automatically return to the measurement page after saving the data. Press "Cancel" to return to the function menu and do not save the data at this time.

2. View records

In the measurement state, press THE "OK" key to enter the function menu. Press the "Up" and "Down" keys to select the "View Record" menu. Press the "OK" key to enter the view record page.

The display starts with the last data saved.You can press the "up" and "down" keys to view data.

3. Delete records

In the measurement state, press "OK" to enter the function menu. Press "Up" and "Down" to select the "Delete Record" menu. Press "OK" to delete all data.You can press Cancel to return to the function menu without deleting data.

4. Change the time

In the measurement state, press "OK" to enter the function menu, press "Up" and "Down".

Press "OK" to enter the modify time page. You can modify the year, month, day, hour, and minute as follows:

The "Up" and "Down" keys can increase or decrease the value, and the "Left" and "right" keys can move left or right to change the position.

After modification, press "OK" to save the modified value and automatically return to the measurement page; press "Cancel" to abandon the modified value and automatically return to the function menu.

Five, matters needing attention

The device should be placed in a safe position to prevent breakage and vibration.

A device should be charged promptly before being used at a cost.

To charge a device, you simply plug the power cord into a 220V socket, without switching on the power switch, and the device automatically charges itself, which typically takes more than five hours.

When not in use, the instrument should be put into an aluminum alloy packing box and placed on the test stand or instrument rack to protect against dust and moisture.

The X-ray instrument is calibrated once a year with a standard gas.Can be sent to the manufacturer or authorized units for calibration, to ensure accuracy.

According to the principle, when the concentration of H2S in the detected gas is high, the remaining gas in the airway should be removed for the next measurement.

When the concentration of H2S in the detected equipment exceeds the normal value, it is recommended to measure twice to confirm the result.
