1. Furnace body heating adopts precious metal platinum rhodium wire double row winding system, reduce interference.

2. The tray sensor is made of precious metal platinum rhodium alloy, which has the advantages of corrosion resistance.

3. Power supply, the circulation cooling part is separated from the main engine to reduce the influence of heat and vibration on the microthermal balance.

4. The upper open cover structure is convenient to operate.It is very difficult to put samples in the upper moving furnace body, and it is easy to damage the sample bar.

5. The host machine adopts water constant temperature device to isolate the thermal influence of the heating furnace body on the chassis and micro thermal balance.

Controller and software advantages:

1. Using imported 32-bit ARM processor Cortex-M3 kernel, sampling speed, fast processing speed. 2.24-bit four-way sampling AD collects DSC signal, TG signal and temperature T signal.

3. Power supply and water circulation part, independently controlled by 8bit single chip microcomputer, so that the main engine and cooling part separate, do not interfere with each other, but they are closely connected, cooling part accept the control of the main engine.

4. USB two-way communication is adopted between the software and the instrument to fully realize remote operation. The parameter setting and operation stop of the instrument can be carried out through computer software.

5.7-inch full-color 24bit touch screen, good man-machine interface.TG calibration can be realized on the touch screen
