This instrument is mainly used for the determination of the melting point of various coated sand, on the basis of the ordinary melting point tester to increase many functions, such as the use of double digital intelligent temperature controller and fast temperature probe and digital timing, overtemperature alarm, to avoid the complexity and uncertainty of artificial temperature regulation (such as need to adjust the pressure according to the temperature difference or season) and the destruction of the surface coating of the heating beam over temperature.
