Kdcr-v transformer capacity characteristic tester is a new type of instrument developed and designed by our R & D personnel specifically for poor power users to evade basic electricity charges and privately increase capacity. It is a high-precision instrument specially used for transformer capacity and characteristic parameter measurement. This product uses color large screen LCD display, Chinese display, simple and quick menu type operation, man-machine interface friendly. The instrument has a high efficiency rechargeable battery inside, which can work without external power supply. The battery can continuously measure more than 100 sets of transformers on a single charge. In addition, the instrument can provide three-phase precision 50Hz sine wave AC test power supply, in the measurement of transformer capacity and transformer load loss without the need for external three-phase test power supply and voltage regulator, current riser and other auxiliary equipment, thus greatly improving your work efficiency.
This instrument is a multi-functional measuring instrument, equivalent to the usual two kinds of testing instruments: active transformer capacity tester + transformer characteristic parameter tester. It can accurately measure a series of power frequency parameters such as capacity, type, no-load current, no-load loss, load loss and impedance voltage of a variety of transformers.
This product has the advantages of small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, simple operation and so on. It can replace the previous method of measuring transformer loss and capacity using multi-meter method, which is simpler to connect, more convenient to test and record, so that your work efficiency has been greatly improved.

Functional characteristics
1. It can measure the capacity of a variety of transformers and electrical transformers on site, without the need for additional power supply, and the detection is more convenient and faster.
2. Combined with external power supply, voltage regulation, voltage and current boost equipment, you can measure the no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage, load loss and other characteristic data of various transformers.
3. The test results are automatically corrected. You only need to enter the relevant parameters (such as temperature, no-load correction coefficient, etc.), the instrument can automatically perform a variety of corrections such as: waveform deformity correction, temperature correction, non-rated voltage correction, non-rated current correction, etc., so that the test results are more accurate.
4. In the measurement of transformer characteristics, the maximum voltage range can reach 750V, the maximum current range can reach 100A, and the internal protection circuit is equipped. When measuring, the measurement accuracy can be guaranteed without changing the gear, and there is no need to worry about burning the instrument due to the wrong gear selection.
5. When the transformer characteristics are tested, the voltage and current ranges can be extended flexibly and easily, simply through the external voltage transformer and current transformer, which greatly widens the test range of the instrument.

7. According to the no-load and load loss in the test results, the performance level of the three-phase oil-immersed transformer and the transformer can be automatically inferred for the on-site reference of the staff (the instrument can only code the performance level of the three-phase oil-immersed transformer and the transformer). For other types of transformers, the inferred results are invalid).
