The test device consists of two parts: the main engine of the shielding suit efficiency test device for live operation and the
test electrode combination. Test electrode combinations include:

1.) Brass pressure electrode;

5.) Test fixed disk;

Main equipment and technical requirements:
1. Shielding suit efficiency test device for live work: sinusoidal voltage with voltage output of 50Hz and voltage RMS of 600V(waveform meets the requirements of GB311.2 ~ 311.6-83 "High Voltage Test Technology"), measurement part: input impedance greater than 10MΩ, measuring range of 600V;
2, pressure electrode: the manufacturing material is brass; Load 2MΩ, total mass ≈3kg;
3, rubber plate: diameter of 400mm, thickness of 5±0.5mm rubber plate, its surface hardness is 60 to 65 degrees.
4. Receiving electrode plate: brass plate with diameter of 300mm and terminal post, thickness of 2mm;
5, insulation board: diameter of 400mm, thickness of 3mm, the material is epoxy board;
6. Test base: The material is white acrylic, and horizontal columns are installed around it.

Sampling and test environment requirements:
1, the sample can be cut at the large piece of fabric. If it is necessary to cut on a large piece, the sample must be at least 2m away from the cloth end.
The center point of the sample must be on the 45 degree diagonal of the sample fabric, and there must be no serious defects or uneven dipping of the finishing agent that affect the test result. Sample area is determined according to test operation requirements.
2. Cut a square sample with a size of 180mm×180mm at least 50mm away from the cloth edge on the sample cloth, totaling 3 pieces.
3. Before the test, the sample should be placed in an environment with a temperature of 23±2ºC and a relative humidity of 45 ~ 55 for more than 24 hours to adapt to the test environment.
