Product Introduction:

Design and manufacture according to GB 4851 (pressure sensitive adhesive tape stickiness test method), paste stickiness test method, suitable for pressure sensitive adhesive tape, self-adhesive, paste, thermal sol and other products for stickiness test.

Test principle:

The test plate affixed with adhesive sample is hung vertically on the test rack, and the lower end is hung with a specified weight. The displacement of the adhesive sample after a certain time, or the time of the sample completely separated, is used to characterize the ability of the adhesive sample to resist pulling out. (as shown in the picture)

Operation method:

1. After removing the 3 ~ 5 rings of adhesive tape in the outermost layer of the test paper, unwrap the sample roll at a rate of about 300 mm/min (and remove the isolation layer of the flake sample at the same rate), cut 25 mm wide and 100 mm long samples in the middle of the adhesive tape every 200mm or so. Unless otherwise specified, the number of samples in each group shall be not less than three

2. Scrub the test board and loading board with cleaning agent and wiping material, and then dry it carefully with clean gauze, so repeated cleaning three times. Above, until the working face of the board has been cleaned by visual inspection. After cleaning, do not contact the working face of the plate with hands or other objects;

3. At the temperature of 23ºC±2ºC and relative humidity of 65% ± 5%, paste the sample parallel to the longitudinal side of the plate in the middle of the test plate and the loading plate next to it according to the dimensions specified in Figure 2. Roll the sample with a press roller at a speed of about 300 mm/min. Note that when rolling, only the force generated by the mass of the roll can be applied to the sample. The number of rolling can be specified according to the specific product situation, if there is no provision, the reciprocating rolling three times;

4. After pasting the sample on the board, it should be placed for 20 min at the temperature of 23ºC±2ºC and relative humidity of 65% ±5%. Then the test plate is fixed vertically to the instrument for testing

5. On the rack, gently connect the loading plate to the weight with the dowel.

5. Place the instrument horizontally, turn on the power switch, heating switch and fan switch successively, press the raised part on the timer, and clear the time. The instrument automatically follows in advance

6. The set temperature will be automatically turned on until the temperature in the test box is constant to the set value;

6. When the time is set, remove the weight. A magnifying glass with indexing was used to measure the sliding displacement of the sample, accurate to 0.1mm; Or record the time when the sample falls off the test plate.
