System introduction
The instrument is a special equipment for eliminating residual magnetization of large power transformer, and has the function of degaussing and verifying degaussing. It plays an important role in protecting transformer from the impact of inrush current, safe operation and prolonging transformer life.
After voltage ratio, DC resistance measurement and no-load test, the power transformer will have residual magnetism in its core. If the remanence is not treated, it may have many adverse effects on the relay protection device and primary equipment of the power transformer. Excessive excitation inrush current can cause the transformer to fail to close the gate, and the transformer itself mechanical vibration, resulting in winding structure displacement, affecting the life of the power transformer and even causing damage to it.
To this end, our company has developed a series of transformer degaussing products. It is the earliest manufacturer of degaussing instruments in China, and has accumulated a lot of practical experience.
Power transformer degaussing analyzer is a new generation of degaussing analyzer independently developed by our company. Using reasonable composite current method technology, the power transformer can be degaussed quickly, and the residual magnetic detection can be quantified. Detecting and eliminating remanence can be done automatically at one time. For three-phase transformers, only one phase can be degaussed, which is more time-saving and efficient.

The instrument adopts compound current degaussing method (not simple DC method or simple AC method), the current impact is small in the process of degaussing.
