1.Use
LS-1899 mobile spectrometer has the characteristics of high analysis accuracy, good stability, easy operation, flexible application, small size and light weight, which can complete the identification, sorting and composition analysis of alloy materials in the process of incoming materials and product quality control, the analysis of basic structural materials of petrochemical equipment, and the composition analysis of waste metal recycling process.
LS-1899 mobile spectrometer is a combination of CCD optical technology and modern microelectronic components of the field metal analyzer, for the need to detect C,P, S, B and other non-metallic elements and not easy to cut large metal components, LS-1899 mobile spectrometer is your choice. It can analyze various forms of metal materials, such as pipes, rods, valves, welds, oil tanks, castings, etc. Whether on or off the factory floor, in a scrap yard, in an underwater submarine compartment, or on an aerial ladder in a chemical plant, the LS-1899 mobile spectrometer meets your analytical requirements.

2.Instrument features
1. Optical system:
The LS-1899 uses an optical system previously used only in laboratory instruments and has been specially modified to suit the needs of portable spectrometers. It can receive the entire spectral line of the element in the analytical wavelength range (170nm-530nm) with unprecedented accuracy and stability. The individual components in the optical system, such as the grating (focal length 400mm) or the high-precision CCD detector, are well fixed and protected, making the instrument dust-proof, earthquake-resistant, and durable.

2. Trigger Gun:
Standard excitation guns can be used for both spark light sources for accurate composition analysis of alloys including element C, and arc light sources for material sorting and grade identification. P, S, B, Sn and As in steel can be analyzed using a specially designed small optical system. The plug-and-plug interface makes the conversion of the light source very easy and fast.
3. Electrodes and fixtures:
Electrode and fixture replacement without the use of tools, simple and fast. The conversion from spark to arc light source takes only a few seconds. Equipped with a variety of fixtures to accommodate samples of different shapes and sizes, it is easy to inspect pipes, wires, small samples and other special-shaped surfaces
4. Connector:
The LS-1899 mobile spectrometer offers USB interface, printer, display and network interface.
5. Battery pack:
Efficient light source with power saving function ensures LS-1899 mobile spectrometer, CCD can choose battery pack power supply. A single charge can trigger hundreds of times. The battery can be placed in the battery box in the car and can be easily connected to the instrument through the socket. This allows the instrument to be used in almost any situation.
6. Small car:
The car can be integrated with the instrument to ensure the safety of the instrument at work and the flexibility of movement, and the ergonomic design can make the instrument operate at a convenient position and height. If necessary, the cart can be folded for easy transportation.
