PRECAUTIONS

TESTING PROCEDURES
1. Install the tape: Remove the alloy disc on the right paper pulley of the tester, fix the paper tape, and then lock the alloy disc.
2. Body level correction: Refer to the spirit level of the spirit level by referring to the spirit level, that is, the water drop in the middle of the level meter must be in the middle position. If it is not in the middle, it can be adjusted to the level by the four feet at the bottom of the machine.
3. Fix the object to be placed on the platform (the object to be measured should be directly below the test roller). Use double-sided adhesive or hot melt adhesive to fix the small roller on the surface to be tested. After adjusting the height of the small platform to make the horizontal bead horizontal, lock the small platform to prevent it from moving during the test.
4. Turn on the power, reset the counter, and set the number of operations for products of different specifications.
5. Pass the tape along the bottom of the right guide roller --> the surface of the object to be measured --> the roller carriage --> (put the tape into the roller carriage when the machine is running). Under the left guide roller , Finally, the paper tape is fixed on the delivery tray.
6. Turn the ON/OFF power switch to the ON position and the counter will start counting.
7. Accumulation of detection times: When the preset number of rotations of the drive wheel has not yet been able to detect the print life, the detection action can be continued. At this time, just press the reset button, the machine will automatically run the number of rotations set before (Note Can not replace other detection products), and automatically record the total number of driving wheels.
8. The test is completed: take out the measured object, clean the test table, reset the count screen, and cut off the power switch.
