KDHL-600A circuit resistance tester is a special test equipment used to measure the contact resistance and circuit resistance of switches, circuit breakers, transformers and other equipment. It adopts a typical four-wire measurement method, through the output of a DC current, applied between the two end buttons of the measured body, and measure the voltage drop generated by the current flowing through the measured body, and then obtain the DC resistance of the measured body through the ratio of voltage and current. It is mainly composed of constant current source, preamplifier, A/D converter, indicating device, etc.
KDHL-600A loop resistance tester, with high-speed microcontroller as the core, adopts power control technology, can realize the function of program control large current constant current output and dynamic measurement. It has the characteristics of high precision, wide measuring range, stable data, good repeatability, strong anti-interference ability, perfect protection function, fast speed and so on. It can be used to measure the resistance of high-current conductors such as the main contact resistance of high-voltage switches, the resistance of high-current conducting circuits, the resistance of substation bus and the contact point resistance of power lines. The instrument should be small in size, light in weight and easy to carry.
