System composition:

1. Pneumatic launching device: the power source is air, and an air storage device is needed to store the air regulating pressure, and the speed of the puck in the launching tube can be adjusted by adjusting the change of air pressure. Pneumatic launchers require hardware coordination, including high-pressure air sources, regulating equipment (regulating valves and cylinders), air pipes and solenoid valves.

2. Mechanical moving device: microcomputer control mechanical transmission device to change the moving position of the gun barrel, infrared fixed point to do the aiming. Including mechanical mobile use, stepping motor drive for stepping motor has the advantages of rapid, accurate positioning, positioning can be completed in a very short time requirements, positioning accuracy is less than 1 mm, the cumulative error is less than 5 mm, far less than the IEC standards required by the specified location deviation is not more than 10 mm, to ensure the reliability of the experiment.

3. Sample holder: Design mechanical moving device and sample holder according to sample size. The standard size is 2000*1350(L*H), which can cover the effective surface of the tested component within 2000*1350.

4. Speed test device: before the transmitter tube, the distance between the two photoelectric sensors is 50cm, and the speed is obtained by V = S/T, which will be displayed in real time and changed when the sample speed is measured next time. The speed testing device includes three parts: detection sensor, high-speed response module and software module. The system uses stable photoelectric sensor and programmable controller to achieve, and provides HMI man-machine interface as the operating terminal, with external printer to form experimental data reports.

Working principle:

The air compressor compresses the air to the air storage tank, and is connected with the pressure gauge and the gun barrel with 25mm inner diameter. An air valve is installed at the connection, which is controlled and opened by a large solenoid valve.

The front end of the barrel is fitted with a photoelectric velocimeter. Adjust the pressure gauge to make the puck reach the standard impact speed. A hockey ball mold with an inner diameter of 25mm was made. The hockey ball was placed in the barrel of the gun, the solenoid valve was opened, and the compressed air pushed the hockey ball to hit the photovoltaic module at a speed of 23m/s. After the component is impacted by the puck, the quality of the component is judged to be qualified after the appearance inspection, maximum power test and insulation resistance test.
