Introduction

The A2140 X-ray fluorescence sulfur content analyzer is an X-ray analyzer developed and manufactured to meet the requirements for detecting sulfur content in oil products. It adopts the energy dispersive principle and is designed with an integrated mechanical-electrical and microcomputer system. It conducts analysis quickly and accurately. Its repeatability and reproducibility are all excellent. It provides an important means for detecting sulfur content in crude oil or in the production process of petrochemicals.

Instrument features

1. The instrument is designed with integrated mechanical and electronic components and computerization. It is simple and elegant.

2. It has a wide range of detection types, a wide detection range, fast analysis speed, and low consumption of standard samples.

3. It adopts the fluorescence intensity ratio comparative analysis method. The temperature and atmospheric pressure are automatically corrected, and the carbon-hydrogen ratio (C/H) can also be corrected.

4. The IPS 8-inch capacitive touch screen is high-brightness, clear and visible in sunlight, with adjustable brightness; the software interface is clear and friendly, and the operation is simple.

5. Through the counting measurement and energy spectrum measurement of reference samples, the working status and electrical parameters of the instrument can be judged.

6. The instrument has a standard serial communication RS-232C interface. Content data, counting data, and calibration data can all be uploaded to the computer.

7. It uses a single-sided Mylar film sample cup. It can avoid cross-contamination; the sample cup is made using a multi-functional press part, which is quick and convenient. The cup cover has air holes and can record the sample number, S% (m/m), and date.

8. The sample loading platform is placed on the sliding rail platform, and the positioning is accurate.
