Applications
This machine is used for testing and analyzing the contact angle of liquids on solid surfaces, the surface tension of liquids, and the surface energy of solids. It enables the analysis of the hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity of solid surfaces, wetting property analysis, cleanliness detection, treatment effect evaluation, as well as the analysis of processes such as liquid competition, adsorption, absorption, and spreading. It is widely applied in testing and research in numerous fields including chemical engineering, medicine, food, electronics, printing and dyeing, spraying, mili tary industry, and education and science.
Feature
*Precision machinery: The framework of the system is made of high-quality imported high-strength oxidized protective aluminum profiles and is treated with paint. All other major components are also fabricated from aluminum alloy, stainless steel and copper alloy through precise manufacturing processes.
Precise positioning: All the linear moving units of the system, including the movement adjustment of the three-dimensional sample stage (xy-axis), (Z-axis) syringe/needle, are driven by linear copper racks and precise dovetail grooves, ensuring smooth, effortless and precise transmission.
*Automatic Control: As a standard feature, the CA-200 is equipped with a professional-level software-controlled precise automatic liquid dispensing system AD (Automatic Dispensing). It uses precise linear linear guide rails for droplet dispensing, with a control accuracy of up to 0.1 ul, ensuring the accuracy and repeatability of measurements. The Pusette team has changed the traditional way of introducing liquid through the guide tube, adopting a push-pull rod direct-pressing structure, which is more convenient for cleaning and replacement of the sampler, and also avoids the problems of difficult air discharge and the need for professional operation in traditional guide tubes for sample introduction. It can be equipped with high-precision airtight glass micro syringes (such as for measurements requiring precise/fine volume control) or disposable plastic syringes (such as for measuring liquids that are difficult to clean). When the liquid runs out, it can be automatically refilled directly using the 5 ml disposable beaker provided.
*Completely equipped injection system and needle selection: A variety of injection systems of different specifications are provided for users to choose from, such as different sizes (25ul/50ul/100ul/250ul/500ul/1000ul... ) .) Different materials (hermetic glass injector / plastic injector), different brands (Hamilton / Boli...) .) To meet the different customer needs. It offers various specifications (10-34#), as well as different materials (stainless steel / polytetrafluoroethylene / pp flexible needle) and special needles (curved needle), which can be used for conventional contact angle measurement, and also for the sample injection and droplet transfer of special liquids such as superhydrophobic, superhydrophilic, and high-viscosity liquids.
*Imaging System: As the standard configuration, the CA-200 adopts a rolling shutter high-resolution CMOS image sensor combined with a pomeas 0.7-4.5 telecentric profile lens. This ensures the best imaging effect. At the same time, the high-intensity cold light source with continuously adjustable brightness provides uniform background illumination for imaging.
