Overview of gas test transformer:
Inflatable test transformer, also known as light transformer, is a power equipment testing and preventive test equipment. With the development of China's power industry, the voltage level requirements of test transformers are getting higher and higher, while the traditional oil-immersed test transformers are more and more unable to meet the requirements of field work in terms of volume, weight or performance. With the progress of basic scientific research in China, the application of new materials and new processes has pushed the new medium sulfur hexafluoride gas to the application field of electric power equipment. Sulfur hexafluoride gas has been widely used as a new insulating medium because of its excellent insulating properties, arc extinguishing properties and non-flammability. After years of efforts, our company has successfully researched the inflatable light test transformer. Compared with the traditional oil-immersed light test transformer, the weight of this series of products is reduced by 20%-60% (depending on the voltage and capacity level), and there is no oil pollution. The voltage level of a single test transformer can reach 300KV. Due to the adoption of a new production process, the technical performance of the product has been greatly improved, especially suitable for field work and frequent movement of the working conditions.

Gas test transformer structure:
1, its product design concept, material selection and process flow new, so not only small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, and various technical indicators have reached the < > Standard requirements. The high voltage tower coil is made of high quality cold-rolled DQ-151 oriented silicon steel sheet which is stacked into multistage cylindrical frame iron core, and is wound directly and continuously with QZ wire on special high strength insulated cylinder. The shell is cylindrical and filled with SF6 gas.

This series of products has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, small size, light weight, simple operation, convenient use and maintenance. This series of operating table is composed of contact voltage regulator and control, protection, measurement, signal circuit. By accessing 220V/380V power frequency power supply, adjust the output voltage of the voltage regulator (that is, the input voltage of the test transformer) to obtain the required test high voltage (withstand voltage value of the subject).
