This instrument is used to determine the hot and wet tensile strength of molding sand, constant temperature wet tensile strength and identify the quality of bentonite and other raw materials, is to judge the sand anti clamping performance of the main detection means.

Principle
When molding sand is heated, surface water vaporizes, water migrates, forms high water layer, and then produces weak sand belt. Hot and wet tensile strength refers to the tensile strength of sand after heating to form a high water layer. During the test, the prepared sample together with the sample barrel is placed on the host machine, and the bottom of the sample is heated (about 320ºC, about 20 to 30 seconds), so that the heated area of the sample becomes a dry sand layer of a certain thickness (about 4mm) and the water condensation zone. Then load the tensile test, measure the tensile strength value, and record display and multiple data and average value print.
