Product overview
Compared with traditional test transformers, this series of products has the following characteristics:
1. In terms of edge structure, according to the principle of "distance effect" of transformer oil, multi-level insulation is used to divide the internal insulation in the transformer into multiple oil channels, so as to improve the degree of insulation and reduce the volume.
2. The oil leakage problem of TDM series transformer is solved. Because TDM series transformer has no oil reservoir, when the temperature is too high, the oil will leak out from the oil nozzle after expansion, and the oil injection hole is located on the top of the casing, and the oil in the casing is communicated with the oil in the body. Therefore, the casing is equipped with a silicon pile. In addition to the functions of short circuit rod and series excitation rod, it is also equivalent to the transformer oil reservoir.
3. This series of products uses metal fixed leads and voltage equalization, thus eliminating the phenomenon of discharge.
4. The box is compact in structure, novel in appearance and small in size. Light weight.
5. The iron core is a single frame core, using DQ type, 0.30mm cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet stacked with a new special material to tighten, replacing the traditional core threading screw. The coils are concentric cylinders. Multi-layer tower structure.

This series of operating table is composed of contact voltage regulator and control, protection, measurement, signal circuit. By accessing 220V/380V power frequency power supply, adjust the output voltage of the regulator (that is, the input voltage of the test transformer) to obtain the required test high voltage (the withstand voltage value of the subject).
