The instrument uses the same circuit design as GA3563, making GA3554A/B/D the same superior test performance as desktop device, meanwhile it is small handheld meter easy to carry.GA3554A/B/D is a precision tester for ordinary batteries. It is comparable to the accuracy and speed of desktop instruments among handheld devices, while it is lighter and smaller than desktop instruments.
