Product Introduction

The KGQH-20 SF6 gas recovery unit consists of a vacuum pump, SF6 compressor, refrigeration system, storage vessel, piping, various valves, instruments and other accessories. The electric control box, operating valve and monitoring instrument are all concentrated on one side panel and have process instructions, so it is easy to use.
KGQH-20 SF6 gas recovery device has comprehensive functions such as recovery, charging and discharging, purification, vacuuming, storage, bottle filling, etc. The system is relatively complete. The series or switching of each function is mainly accomplished through the operation of the electric control box and the ball valve on one side of the panel.
The basic working principle of the KGQH-20 SF6 gas recovery device is to adopt freezing liquefaction method. During recovery, the suction and compressibility of the compressor are used to suction SF6 gas at a certain pressure in the SF6 electrical equipment into the compressor and compress it to a higher pressure. At the same time, the low evaporation temperature characteristic of R22 refrigerant is used to cool the SF6 gas at a higher temperature to the condensing temperature for liquefaction and storage. In this way, the SF6 compressor is continuously pumped to run in series until the final recovery pressure is reached.
When charging and discharging, the SF6 electrical equipment (or cylinder) and connecting pipeline are vacuum-vacuum-pumped by the vacuum pump of the device first, and then the SF6 in the storage container of the device is charged into the SF6 electrical equipment directly by using the pressure difference or the suction of the compressor to cause a certain pressure difference until the required working pressure is reached. At the same time, the characteristics of R22 refrigerant as described above are used to fill the liquefied SF6 directly into the cylinder.
The purification function is synchronously completed when the above recovery, charging and discharging functions are completed.
