The M6610D four-ball friction tester is mainly in the form of sliding friction to evaluate the bearing capacity of lubricant under extremely high point contact pressure.There are three indexes including maximum no-bite load PB, sintering load PD and comprehensive wear value ZMZ.The machine can also be used for long time wear resistance test of lubricants and measurement of friction coefficient.When the computer is connected, the friction and temperature curves can be recorded.If special friction accessories are used, rolling friction test, simulated wear test between various materials, end wear test and rolling fatigue test of steel ball can also be carried out.Before the test load reaches the maximum no-card bite load PB, it can be completely judged that the maximum no-card bite load has not been reached according to the control software of the testing machine. When the load reaches the maximum no-card bite load PB, it can be determined by the display curve of the software that the load is the maximum no-card bite load PB.Thus precise measurements can be made with a microscope.Save a lot of time and material resources.And can edit the control program to load.
