KD-2191 intelligent cable integrated detector is a path detection instrument with strong comprehensive performance. It has many functions such as pipeline path detection, cable identification, ground resistance test, insulation resistance test and so on. The instrument is composed of transmitter, transmitting current clamp, receiver, receiving flexible current clamp, connecting test line, stethoscope, etc.
 
Pipeline path detection can be used for metal pipeline, underground cable path detection, pipeline survey and depth measurement under the condition of non-excavation. The instrument uses a variety of filter technology, has a certain anti-interference ability, can accurately locate and sounder, suitable for underground metal pipeline detection and inspection, pipeline management and maintenance, municipal planning and construction, power supply and other departments of the pipeline detection, is one of the pipeline maintenance units of the standing instruments. This function is realized by a signal transmitter, a receiver, a signal transmitting clamp and a connected test line.

The instrument has the following features:

Cable identification is designed for power cable engineers and cable workers to solve the technical problems of cable identification. Live cables and blackout cables can be identified. The user can accurately identify one of the target cables from multiple cables through the instrument to avoid serious accidents caused by missawing live cables.
 
During cable identification, 10 cables can be pre-calibrated at the transmitting end, and then received at the remote end for recognition, which greatly saves the engineering personnel's round-trip operation time and improves work efficiency. √ for successful cable identification, × for non-target cables, which can quickly and automatically identify target cables. This function is realized by a signal transmitter, receiver, signal transmitting clamp, connection test wire, flexible caliper and stethoscope. A stethoscope can be used when calipers are not convenient.
 
The ground resistance test uses precision 4-wire method to measure the ground resistance in the field, and introduces FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) technology and AFC(automatic frequency control) technology to automatically identify interference and select the measurement frequency, so as to minimize the impact of interference. Rated output maximum current 6mA, measuring range 0.001Ω~2000Ω. The function is realized by the combination of the receiver and the connected test line.

Insulation resistance test is specially used for laboratory or field insulation test. It is suitable for measuring the resistance value of various insulating materials and the insulation resistance of transformers, motors, cables and electrical equipment. Embedded high precision micro current measurement system, digital boost system, automatic discharge circuit, etc. The rated output voltage ranges from 100V to 2500V, and the insulation resistance ranges from 0.01MΩ to 2.50TΩ. Signal transmitter: Used for pipeline path detection, cable identification and insulation resistance testing. The device can add identification signal to the target cable through direct output, caliper coupling, induction, etc. The signal has 6 different mixed pulse signals such as 640Hz, 1280Hz, 10KHz to choose from. Receiver: Used for pipeline path detection, cable identification and ground resistance testing. It can also recognize 50Hz and 250Hz power frequency signals and RF signals with center frequencies of 33kHz and 82kHz. Flexible current clamp: Used for cable identification. The current clamp is a Lockhart coil with transient tracking capability to quickly identify the pulse-code current generated by the transmitter and is suitable for thick cables or irregularly shaped conductors. The inner diameter of the pliers is about 200mm, and the cables below Φ200mm can be clamped without disconnecting the line under test, non-contact measurement, safe and fast.
 
Stethoscope: Used for cable identification. Similar to the shape of a mouse, it can quickly sense and recognize the current signal in the transmitter or cable, and the curved sensor design is fitted to the cable surface. With the transmitter and receiver of this product, it can realize most functions of the flexible current clamp, and can replace the flexible current clamp for cable identification in most occasions. When in use, the stethoscope can be pressed close to the cable to be measured, which is suitable for some occasions where it is not easy to use the current clamp to ring up the cable test.
