Technical principle
According to the HJ637-2018 national standard, the oil substances in the water are extracted automatically with the magnetic stirring of tetrachloroethylene, and then the oil-water separation membrane is used instead of sodium sulfate to isolate impurities and water, separate the solution of oil and tetrachloroethylene, and determine the oil content of the total extract. At the same time, polar substances such as animal and plant oil were removed by adsorption of magnesium silicate, and petroleum types were determined. The total extract and petroleum contents were calculated by the absorbance A2930, A2960 and A3030 at the bands of 2930cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bonds in CH2 groups), 2960cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bonds in CH3 groups) and 3030cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bonds in aromatic rings), respectively It's OK.
