Scope of application
This generator is suitable for 10KV and below voltage level of small capacity power transformers, transformers, reactors, arresters, switches, bushings, insulators and other test products for standard lightning impulse voltage full wave test. The generator is used indoors, the ambient temperature is -10ºC ~ +40ºC, the relative humidity is not more than 90%, the altitude is not more than 1000 meters, the surface of the insulation should be dried, and the generator can be used normally after drying.

Main component
Charging part (1) Constant current charging device (2) The use of insulated cylinder oil-immersed charging transformer, transformer seal is good, no leakage of oil. (3) Using 2DL-150kV/100mA high voltage rectifier silicon pile (4) The protection resistance of the high-voltage rectifier silicon pile is tightly wound on the insulation cylinder with enameled resistance wire (5) Constant current voltage doubling charging mode (6) The charging device is adjustable within the range of 30% to 100% rated charging voltage, the deviation between the actual charging voltage and the measured voltage is not more than ±1%, and the instability of the charging voltage is not more than ±1%. (7) DC resistance voltage divider adopts 120kV, 200 megohm oil-immersed metal film resistor. The resistance of the low voltage arm is installed in the bottom flange of the voltage divider, and the voltage signal on the low voltage arm is introduced into the console with a shielded cable. (8) The automatic grounding switch uses an electromagnet and a joint grounding mechanism, which can automatically ground the main capacitor through the protection resistance when the test stops. Body part (1) The body adopts voltage doubling charging mode, rated voltage 120kV. (2) The body includes a MWF 1.4μf /60KV*2 iron shell oil-immersed pulse capacitor, charging resistance, wave head resistance, wave tail resistance and ignition ball gap. (3) The ball gap adopts bilateral heteropolar trigger mode. (4) The ball gap distance is adjusted by the motor for linear motion. (5) The 120kV impulse voltage generator body is about 1 meter high, and the whole body part has an active wheel frame, which is easy to move.

Potential divider
120kV weakly damped capacitance divider, rated 120kV/430PF. The voltage divider is equipped with a low-voltage arm capacitor with a capacitance of 0.33μf. The square-wave response characteristics of the weakly damped capacitance divider meet the requirements of GB311-97 standard, and the voltage divider ratio is 770:1. The 120KV divider is about 1.m high and installed on the impulse voltage generator chassis.
