The working principle of the instrument:
The structure diagram of the instrument is shown in the following figure: The instrument consists of two 1.6mm thick stainless steel bottom plates to form the left and right bottom plates of the slicer. On the right bottom plate, there is a 0.8mm wide inlay groove, which is combined with the plug plate on the left bottom plate to push the sample tightly.The levelling frame is centered on the pillar of the levelling frame, and can be rotated when the levelling knife lifts the positioning nail when the inlay groove is removed. There is a levelling knife above the sample, and the levelling screw can be adjusted to control the thickness of the sample sticking out of the bottom plate.Use a blade to cut the sample under the bottom plate.
