Instrument features
1.It is controlled by a dual-CPU microcomputer. It has a fast response speed and strong anti-interference capability.
2. Sampling, temperature control, detection, printing, cooling and cleaning are all carried out automatically, making the operation very simple.
3. The three-electrode dual-temperature control structure is adopted, which ensures high temperature control accuracy with a temperature fluctuation of ≤ 0.5ºC. This avoids the influence of temperature fluctuations on the results.
4. The electrodes are processed by a special technique, with a surface smoothness of Ra ≤ 0.012 μm. This ensures an electrode gap of 2 mm, thereby making the results more accurate.
5. The insulating material of the electrode cup is PTFE polymer, which does not deform under heat and does not absorb water. This not only ensures the capacitance of the empty cup but also facilitates the cleaning of the oil cup.
6. It has both cooling and heating functions, and can be used for both insulating oil and anti-fouling oil. This single machine can be used for two purposes, offering cost-effective solutions.
7. It has an anti-electric shock protection function when the cover is opened. The high voltage will be automatically cut off when the cover is opened.
