LS-T407 Slope Method Anti-slip Coefficient Device Anti-slip Coefficient Tester Anti-skid Coefficient Tester
1.Product introduction
LS-T407 slope method anti-slip coefficient measuring device
The device meets the test requirements of ceramic anti-slip coefficient in Appendix C of slope method critical test method in GB/ T3778-2019 ceramic tile anti-slip grade evaluation.
1 Test principle
The tester walks on a sloping slope paved with specimens, gradually increasing the Angle of the slope until the limit Angle of safe walking on the slope is reached. This is used as the critical Angle to reflect the non-slip degree of the specimen surface.
2 Test equipment and materials
2.1 Test equipment
The test device is mainly composed of a platform with a width of about 600 mm and a length of about 2 000 mm, on which specimens can be placed and safety devices such as guardrail and safety belt are provided on both sides. The platform is controlled by the test personnel and can be continuously rotated from a horizontal position in the range of 0° to 45° with a precision of 0.2°. Because the tester walks on the I: surface, the influence on the Angle should not exceed 0.5\ platform. The platform is also equipped with a water spray device that can roughly evenly spray the detergent solution on the specimen table at a flow sense of (6.0± L0)L/min during the test. The schematic diagram of the test device is shown in Figure C.1
Instructions:
1.A safety belt and fall protection system;
2.A - drive device;
3. An inclined walking test area on which specimens or calibration/calibration plates can be mounted;
4-- Angle display device.

C2.2.3 Detergent solution: Prepared with detergent that meets the requirements of GB/T9985S, the concentration is 1g/L;
C2.2.4 Engine oil No. 20.
C2.2.4 P400 silicon carbide sandpaper.
C2.2.4 Soft bristle brush.
C2.2.4 Test shoes: polyurethane sole (PU) low-top shoes of Class II full polymer material conforming to GB21148, Shore hardness (type A) is 73±5, sole pattern is similar to Figure C2. Before using for the first time, use P400 silicon carbide sandpaper to polish all the soles evenly, so that the whole sole is exposed to a new surface, and use a clean soft brush to clean the powder.
