KDBR-CZ distribution transformer copper and aluminum quality discrimination tester (transformer material analyzer) is a multifunctional transformer comprehensive tester developed by our company, which is a combination of transformer winding copper and aluminum quality analysis, capacity measurement, no-load loss measurement, load loss measurement, DC resistance measurement, ratio, turn ratio measurement and transformer code level determination.
The instrument comes with high-efficiency rechargeable lithium battery, which can work without external power supply. The battery can be continuously measured 200 times when fully charged. The internal digital synthesis of three-phase standard sine wave signal, in the measurement of transformer capacity and transformer short-circuit loss without the need for external three-phase test power supply and voltage regulator, upflow and other auxiliary equipment, simplified wiring;

Function and characteristics
1. Winding material determination:
The instrument integrates the winding copper-aluminum quality analysis and diagnosis system, adopts the non-destructive testing method, and establishes the probability distribution model affecting the transformer coil material by synthesizing the transformer ratio data and the transformer body appearance data. According to the transformer capacity, high and low voltage coil turn ratio, packet height, packet thickness and other measurement values, The copper and aluminum parameters of the coil are calculated, so that the copper and aluminum quality of the transformer winding can be accurately analyzed and judged.
2. Measurement of capacity:
Instrument built-in rechargeable lithium battery, built-in three-phase pure sine wave inverter power supply, output voltage automatic regulation, with soft start, soft stop, overcurrent, low voltage protection function, no external power supply can achieve the power distribution transformer capacity measurement and model judgment, and display transformer impedance voltage and converted to rated temperature, rated current load loss.
3. Dc resistance test:
Integrated DC resistance measurement of small and medium-sized transformers and voltage transformers, the use of power technology, multiple current gears, wide measuring range, fast measuring speed, can automatically select the current according to the load, higher measuring accuracy.
4. Load loss measurement:
Display three-phase voltage, three-phase current, three-phase power, automatically calculate the transformer impedance voltage percentage, converted to rated temperature, rated current load loss, automatically determine the oil immersed or dry distribution transformer core model, the test process with alarm adaptive prompt function, convenient for on-site users to use.
5. No-load loss measurement:
The instrument displays three-phase voltage, three-phase current and three-phase power, automatically calculates the no-load loss of the transformer's no-load current converted to the rated voltage and corrected for waveform distortion, and displays the type of oil-immersed or dry-type distribution transformer core.
6. Single-phase power supply to achieve three-phase transformer no-load, load loss measurement:
Can be used to check the transformer single-phase defects or used in the field without three-phase power. The instrument can record the data of three single-phase measurements, and calculate the no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage and load loss of the transformer according to different connection modes.
