Functional characteristics
1. The system voltage to earth measurement function instrument can measure the system voltage to earth, negative voltage to earth, system voltage, can achieve 0-300V voltage monitoring range;
2. System insulation impedance measurement function, the instrument can measure the system's positive insulation impedance to the ground, negative insulation impedance to the ground, balance bridge size detection, measuring range 0-999KQ;
3 AC channeling detection function, the instrument can judge the AC channeling fault in the DC system, and can measure the AC voltage value in the DC system, the AC voltage measurement range is 0-280V:
4. System distributed capacitance measurement function, the instrument can measure the system's distributed capacitance and display it in real time.

Operation method
The analyzer is connected to the DC system
Turn off the power switch of the analyzer, connect one end of the power cable configured with the device to the analyzer, and connect the other end to the positive, negative, and ground terminals of the DC system by color.
Brown: positive electrode; Blue: negative electrode; Yellow/green: ground
After confirming that the wiring is correct, turn on the power switch and enter the main interface of the analyzer, as shown below:

After the power switch is turned on, the power indicator of the analyzer is on, and the system voltage level is automatically identified to determine whether the system has AC power transmission fault, the insulation impedance of the system is calculated, and is displayed on the LCD. If the system insulation is normal, the normal indicator is on, and if the system positive or negative ground insulation is detected, the positive or negative ground alarm indicator is on.
Probe self-test
Put four batteries No. 5 into the detector battery compartment according to the mark, turn on the power switch, and enter the main interface of the detector. When the analyzer detects that there is insulation fault in the system, clamp the detector collector on the ground wire of the analyzer, use the function key to select the detection function as the fault detection function, and press the test key for detection. The downward arrow in the figure is the auxiliary arrow of signal synchronization, which appears at the turning point of the waveform from high to low.
When the detector detects, the signal waveform of two periods will be displayed. The measured waveform may be different from the above figure. As long as the waveform of two periods is correctly displayed, the self-test of the device can be determined to be normal. The direction indicator arrow of the ground point can reflect the direction of the fault point relative to the test point. In the absence of grounding, the system analyzer does not send any signal to the system and at the same time does not send a synchronization signal to the sounder.
During the self-test, please ensure that there is no other equipment that sends signals to the DC system in the DC system. If there is, please exit the post-test, including in the subsequent search process, the equipment with signal sources should exit the DC system, otherwise it may cause interference to the detection.
