GTM-II carbon graphite material static elastic modulus tester analyzer meter instrument
1.product Introduction
This instrument uses the three-point bending loading method to measure the elastic modulus of non-metallic materials such as graphite and ceramics. It is composed of a hydraulic loading system, a deformation measurement system, a pressure measurement system and a computer measurement and control system. The deformation measurement system uses high-precision displacement sensors to measure micro-strain; the pressure measurement system uses high-precision pressure sensors and digital pressure gauges to measure; the three major measurement and control systems are controlled by computers to achieve fully automatic testing, data processing, and printout of test reports.
This instrument complies with YS/T63.14-2006 "Testing Method for Carbon Materials for Aluminum, Part 13 Determination of Young's Modulus - Static Measurement Method" and GB/10700-2006 "Test Method for Elastic Modulus of Fine Ceramics - Bending Method" , suitable for the determination of the static elastic modulus at room temperature of engineering ceramics, fine ceramics, and carbon materials for aluminum.
