KDZK-A vacuum degree tester is a vacuum degree evaluation equipment of vacuum interrupter. It takes magnetic control discharge as the principle and single chip computer as the main control unit. The test process is automated. The sampling design of this instrument has changed from the previous calibration method using current peak value to using ionic charge. In this way, the interference of transient power supply in the test process is effectively suppressed, and the test is stable and reliable.
Due to the use of a computer as the main control unit, the KDZK-A vacuum tester can easily deduct the leakage current caused by environmental factors.
The outstanding feature of the instrument is that it realizes the measurement of the vacuum interrupter without disassembly and directly displays the vacuum degree value, so that the vacuum circuit breaker user can master the vacuum state of the interrupter in detail, which provides a reliable basis for the planned replacement of the interrupter and provides a strong guarantee for the safe operation of the power grid.

The traditional detection method is "withstand voltage method", that is, when the vacuum switch is in the off state, a certain voltage is applied between the static and static contacts to detect the size of the leakage current, so as to infer the quality of the vacuum tube. When the vacuum degree deteriorates to 10-2 ~ 10-1 Pa, although the breakdown voltage is not reduced, the arc extinguishing chamber is not qualified.
