Introduction
CYC-D intelligent digital eddy current flaw detector is suitable for online and offline flaw detection of steel, copper, aluminum, copper-clad aluminum, copper-clad steel and other metal pipes, rods and wires, and can be used for automatic flaw detection of other mechanical parts. It has two relatively independent test channels, which can drive a detection probe, a probe consisting of a differential coil, and the detection channel is used for data acquisition to detect longitudinal cracks and transverse defects (such as lapels) in the production of metal pipes and rods. CYC-D is highly sensitive to axial defects such as non-fused welding, dark cracks and open cracks when used for in-line and off-line inspection of welded pipes, and can reliably detect the slow damage and long path damage caused by the failure of the welding machine in the production process.
The CYC-D eddy current tester has a test frequency range of 1Hz-999 KHz, which can adapt to the detection requirements of various metal pipelines, and because of the all-digital design, AFT-D has input and output control interfaces, which is convenient for the detection site to be connected with various equipment and work synchronously, forming a highly automated whole. It can be fitted with a pass-through probe with low coupling gap requirements.
