The following 6 types of tests can be completed directly by the large LCD controller:
Function 1: Timing test: 20s±3s 30s±5s
Function two: constant speed test: test speed: 1mm/min ~ 1000mm/min, return speed: 1mm/min ~ 1000mm/min
Relaxation test: test speed: 1mm/min ~ 1000mm/min
return speed: 1mm/min ~ 1000mm/min,
Pretension: Accuracy 1N: (1 ~ 90N), accuracy 0.1N: (0.1 ~ 90.0N)
Function three: elongation test: fixed length value 1mm ~ 500 mm, timing 0s ~ 9999s, repeated running times 2 ~ 20 times.When the interval is 100mm, the maximum fixed length value of the machine is 500mm.
Function four: load test: fixed load value (precision 1N) : 5N ~ 5000N, (precision 0.1N) : 0.5N ~ 500.0N, timing 0s ~ 9999s, repeated running times 2 times ~ 20 times.
Function five: Tear, peel test This function automatically uses 0.1N grading
Function six: top break test.
