We developed the DB-025 thyristor voltammetry characteristic tester, the test method conforms to the national standard JB/T7624-94 "Rectifier diode test Method" and JB/T7626-94 "reverse block triode thyristor test method", the circuit design is simple and concise, the MCU control, the oscilloscope can directly watch the voltammetry characteristic curve. The test parameters are displayed by the digital panel table, automatic protection of excess leakage current, automatic reset, automatic voltage regulation of the high voltage supply circuit, and the output high voltage is not affected by the fluctuation of the grid. It is a testing equipment for testing the volt-ampere characteristic parameters of thyristor and rectifier device manufacturers, distributors and whole machine factories.
