The determination of steps:
1.Test the weight of the empty stainless steel measuring cup m1
2.Plug the funnel with a plug rod and weigh some powder into the funnel
3.Unplug the plug rod and leave the powder free downstairs until the powder completely overflows the measuring cup
4.Use a stainless steel ruler to smooth out the excess powder in the measuring cup, and then weigh the measuring cup and the weight of the powder m2
