Introduction
This instrument is a high temperature, transmission projection device used to measure the sintering point temperature and refractoriness of raw sand, mixture, glass and ceramic materials of modeling materials. It can enable the tester to clearly see the volume contraction, expansion purification and complete globalization of the sample at high temperature on the mirror screen, and know the corresponding temperature when various situations occur. Widely used in casting, ceramics, glass and other industries and teaching, scientific research departments.

the composition of the instrument
This instrument is composed of silicon carbon rod or high temperature molybdenum wire furnace (also optional silicon molybdenum rod furnace), camera device, electrical control box, sample maker, computer five parts.
1, the use of industrial cameras directly to the object camera, and through the interface imaging on the computer display, the installation of the camera, with the sleeve into the camera lens, reduce the influence of external light source, at high temperature, the object becomes luminous, the image above the software can be measured, and select black and white automatic color reverse, also can not be converted. The camera position can be moved back and forth, so that the image is clearly displayed.
2, the heating using silicon carbon rod or silicon molybdenum rod furnace, high temperature molybdenum wire heating element tubular resistance furnace, the highest furnace temperature can reach 1400ºC or 1700ºC. The heating rate can be automatically adjusted, and the temperature gradient in the furnace test area is ±15ºC.
3, image part: sample imaging on the display screen, the test personnel can clearly see the shrinkage, expansion, passivation and complete globalization of the sample in the furnace with the temperature change of the projection image.
4, the electrical part: the program temperature controller is used to control, so that its temperature rise speed is well guaranteed, the specific operation is detailed in its instruction manual.
Note: 1700ºC specification with the electric furnace there are two kinds of high temperature molybdenum wire furnace and silicon molybdenum rod furnace for choice (different prices) : high temperature molybdenum wire furnace with 220V voltage, need to be protected by argon, need to be used with cooling water;The silicon molybdenum rod furnace is connected with 380V voltage, and does not need to pass argon or cooling water.
