Microcomputer Carbon and Hydrogen Analyzer surpasses the requirements of the national standard GB/T 476-2008 "Method for the Determination of Carbon and Hydrogen in Coal by Coulometric-Gravimetric Method." The instrument uses coulometric method for hydrogen measurement and gravimetric method for carbon measurement, with computer operation and data processing, ensuring high accuracy. It is used for determining the content of carbon and hydrogen in coal, crude oil, and other solid materials, making it a coal quality analysis instrument suitable for the conditions of our country. The instrument can analyze special samples using various methods, and it can save data in real-time and retrieve historical data. The method for the determination of carbon and hydrogen in coal, GB/T 476-2008, has replaced GB/T 476-2001 and GB/T 15460-2003.
Advantages
The entire analysis process is controlled by a computer, with a high degree of automation.
The operation interface is intuitive and convenient, with a liquid crystal display showing the electrolysis peak shape, and analysis results are output through a color printer.
The weight data of the carbon tube can be directly input into the computer, which automatically calculates the carbon content and synthesizes a data report together with the hydrogen content (in a format according to customer requirements).
Advanced cleaning technology is used for the electrolytic cell, eliminating the previous cumbersome cleaning process and extending the service life of the electrolytic cell.
The system is equipped with a built-in electrolytic cell recirculating water cooling device, which is convenient to use.
The computer program controls the automatic coating of the electrolytic cell. The percentage content is automatically displayed, and the measurement results are accurate.
