1.3 LS-T003 can be applied to the physical property analysis of various samples such as food, pharmaceuticals, dairy products, meat products, cosmetics, gels, candies, fruits and vegetables, aquatic products, medicinal materials, tobacco, etc. It can quantitatively obtain multiple physical property indicators of the samples, including hardness, brittleness, tenderness, viscosity, elasticity, toughness, cohesion, chewing property, freezing strength, tensile strength, breaking strength, shear strength, compressive strength, penetration strength, creep characteristics, and relaxation characteristics.

Introduction to System Software
3.1 Comprehensive program editing function for test modes; including running, presetting, repeating, looping, clearing, zeroing, assignment, variables, formulas, calculations, playback, comparison, annotation, etc. Through the editing of these program commands, various detection modes can be realized, various test models can be established, and the required various test data can be obtained.
3.2 Graphical Display Editing Function: The system can display four types of curves: force~time, force~distance, distance~time, and stress~strain. The curves are marked with scales, allowing for local zooming of the graphics at will, or automatic adjustment by the system. It also provides intelligent multi-condition search capabilities. It enables the restoration of test data from any period, the drawing of curves, and the synchronous playback of videos. It allows for the viewing and analysis of the details of the tests at any time.
3.4 The software can simultaneously compare the function curves and measurement data of 5 test results.
3.5 The software has a powerful result output function: It can strictly and objectively generate various data format test reports (such as Excel, Word, PDF) based on prompts. It also supports A4 or A3 output and printing.
3.6 The software has a user-friendly interface: the menu bar, toolbar, status bar, display bar, and curve box make the experimental process clear and understandable. The control buttons are convenient and easy to operate.
