Structural features (including DC charging device)
The main structure of the impulse voltage generator adopts the form of four-column H structure, and two capacitors are parallel external mounted on the steel body bracket composed of a single flange to form a stable structure. The main equipment is 2-level, composed of composite tower structure, all levels are stacked step by step, easy disassembly and maintenance, and the overall structure is stable. All synchronous discharge balls are installed in a closed insulating cylinder, and each ball gap is equipped with a discharge observation window. During the operation of the equipment, filtered clean air is continuously supplied, the ball gap is not easily affected by environmental changes, and the discharge is stable and reliable, forming a closed ignition and discharge system. At the same time, each stage circuit is equipped with parallel discharge gap, all these measures greatly improve the range of synchronous discharge. The main capacitor is a metal casing pulse capacitor with composite film oil immersion insulation, which is small in size and light in weight. The intrinsic inductance of the capacitor is less than 0.2μH. The outlet sleeve of the capacitor bears a vertical tension of 10Kg. The wave adjusting resistor is plate structure, epoxy casting, no induction winding method, and the joints are spring crimping type, which is convenient to change and allow multiple resistors to be used in parallel at the same time. It is convenient and quick to make the generator run in series and parallel with short-circuit rod.
Impulse Voltage Generator
Automatic grounding system: Each high voltage end of the capacitor has an automatic grounding device. When the charging is stopped or the emergency stop button is pressed, the automatic grounding system starts, and the main capacitor of the generator is automatically grounded through the discharge resistance. The single-side half-wave rectifier charging mode is used, and the charging voltage is 100kV. Manual and automatic control voltage regulation, continuously adjustable from zero to 100KV, the charging power automatically shuts off at the moment of ignition and discharge, protecting the safety of the charging transformer and voltage regulation system. Rectifier silicon stack, charging transformer, protection resistor and DC resistance voltage divider are all installed on the body to form a charging, rectifying, and body integrated charging device with simple and beautiful appearance.
