CYC-3000 intelligent digital eddy current flaw detector adopts eddy current impedance plane and time base scanning display technology, computer English and Chinese menu man-machine dialogue, large screen signal display, multi-mode alarm technology and specially designed digital electronic balance technology, making the operation of the instrument easier and more reliable.
CYC-3000 intelligent digital eddy current flaw detector can quickly detect the surface cracks, dark cracks, pores, inclusions and open cracks of various metal pipes, rods and wires with high detection sensitivity. It is a general instrument for online, offline, pre-service and in-service detection of metal components in automotive, aerospace, petrochemical, metallurgy, machinery and other industries.
The CYC-3000 intelligent digital eddy-current flaw detector has a test frequency range of 50Hz ~ 10MHz, which can adapt to the detection requirements of various metal pipelines, a variety of unique alarm modes, fast automatic electronic digital balance, and due to the use of fully digital design.
