Description
The LS-T007 intelligent drug dissolution instrument is a high-precision and high-head type drug dissolution testing instrument developed . It complies with the 2025 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and also conforms to the "Mechanical Verification Guidelines for Drug Dissolution Instruments" issued by the Food and Drug Administration of China. It is in line with the current Chinese GMP regulations. This instrument adopts an eight-cup six-blade built-in electrically driven lifting structure. The newly designed electrical control and operating system are powerful, easy to operate, and stable in performance.

4.4 The LS-T007 dissolution instrument adopts a high-head structure design. The space between the lower edge of the head and the water tank is larger than that of conventional models. This facilitates the processes of dosing, sampling, or fluid replenishment, and makes it easy to remove and place the dissolution cup.
4.5 The dissolution cup and water tank are designed without any gap, ensuring automatic center positioning and eliminating system errors.
4.6 The instrument offers an intelligent temperature calibration function. Users can easily, simply and reliably complete temperature calibration and correction through interactive operations.
4.7 The operation monitoring interface of the instrument provides users with 7 real-time data display windows; real-time display of temperature, real-time display of rotational speed, cumulative timing display, current number of times waiting for sample collection, current "n-th" sample collection time, remaining time (countdown) for waiting for the current "n-th" sample collection, current "year-month-day", "hour-minute-second" display.
4.8 The instrument is equipped with a standard 232 output interface that can be connected to a printer. It can print out real-time test data such as time, temperature and rotational speed during the test process.
4.9 Both Chinese and English operation interfaces are available, and you can switch between them with one click.
4.10 The instrument is equipped with the functions of timed shutdown and timed automatic preheating.
4.11 The instrument offers functions for editing Chinese characters, numbers and English. It can provide data for printing output, including test numbers, sample names, test parameters, and test methods.
4.12 The instrument provides a "message board" function on the touch screen, allowing the successor operator to write and save text prompts or important reminders on the message board.
4.13 It has self-checking and automatic protection functions, and can provide various fault alarm prompts as well as secondary overheating protection.
4.14 The LS-T007 model adopts an internal motor-driven lifting structure for the head. This design not only enhances the aesthetic appearance but also prevents the lifting mechanism from being exposed to the air and getting oxidized or rusted, thereby reducing the noise during movement.
4.15 The instrument complies with the 2025 edition of the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia".
