Product Profile:
The oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen analyzer melts the sample at high temperature under the protection of inert gas through a pulse electrode furnace. The oxygen in the sample reacts with the carbon in the graphite crucpot to form carbon monoxide (CO). Nitrogen and hydrogen escape in the form of nitrogen (N2) and hydrogen (H2) respectively. After passing through the converter, the gas mixture is sent to the infrared detection system for detection, and then the gas mixture containing nitrogen (N2) and hydrogen (H2) after removing carbon dioxide (CO2) is sent to the thermal conductivity detector for detection. Infrared detection system and thermal conductivity detection system will measure the signal after amplification, A/D conversion processing, through the computer data processing, so as to calculate the content of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen in the sample.
