Working principle

The instrument is mainly composed of current detection circuit, time control circuit, power supply, motor drive circuit and heating temperature measurement. The sample is heated to a specified temperature through a heating tube, and then both voltage and load are applied to the sample. When the 5±0.5mA current passes between the samples, the instrument will alarm the unloading and decompression at the same time. If the sample is not broken down within the set test time, (that is, the current between the samples within the set time is less than (5±1) mA, the instrument does not alarm, but unloading and decompression).
