Vibration on-line density (concentration) sensor is a high precision density (concentration) measuring instrument based on vibration principle introduced by our company. Vibration series on-line density (concentration) sensor is a continuous on-line measurement of liquid density instrument, mainly used in industrial process automation control. According to the change of medium density, the corresponding 4-20mA analog signal can be generated, and the digital signal can be converted to facilitate remote calibration and monitoring. Working principle:
Vibratory body densitometer uses vibratory principle to measure density. The density of the liquid in which the fork vibrates changes the resonant frequency of the instrument. By monitoring the resonant frequency and performing the well-known conversion, the vibration model can provide high precision on-line density measurement.

 

The vibration element is similar to a tuning fork with two teeth. The fork body vibrates due to a piezoelectric crystal located at the root of the tooth. The frequency of the vibration is detected by another piezoelectric crystal. By monitoring the resonant frequency and performing the well-known conversion, the vibration model can provide high precision on-line density measurement.

 

When the liquid flows through the fork, the vibration changes, causing a change in the resonant frequency, and the accurate density value is calculated by the electronic processing unit. The relationship between vibration frequency and density is: ρ =K 0+ K1 T+K 2T2, ρ - liquid density T - sensor output vibration period K0,K1,K2 - sensor constant, in the factory calibration
