The test index of the instrument
High temperature compressive strength: the immediate strength measured after the resin sand sample is held at high temperature for a period of time. It reflects the compressive strength of resin sand during pouring. The unit is MPa. The measurement method is to put the sample into the furnace which has been heated to a certain temperature, hold it for a period of time, press the sample until it breaks, record the maximum load value, and calculate the maximum compressive stress.
Conditional thermal stability: also known as high temperature duration, refers to the duration of resin sand to maintain its strength under a certain temperature and load. It indicates the thermal decomposition rate of resin binder and the strength of resin sand to some extent. The units are s. It is measured by applying a constant load to the sample and quickly placing it into a furnace heated to a certain temperature, and then starting time until the sample collapse. The time experienced from loading to the collapse of the sample is called conditional thermal stability.
Limited thermal expansion force: the amount of load required to maintain the length of the sample at high temperature. Reflects the internal stress of resin sand under confinement. The units are N. The measurement method is to put the sample into the furnace which has been heated to a certain temperature. Under the condition of keeping the length of the sample unchanged, the force value is recorded, and the maximum value is taken as the limited thermal expansion force.
High temperature expansion rate: the percentage (%) between the linear change and the original size of the sample after free expansion at high temperature

The measuring range of high temperature compressive strength is 0-4.5MPa, and the measuring accuracy is ±1% of the full range.
